Founded by three friends — G.K, Sunny Jaiswal and Rishi Jaiswal — The Purple Blend began with a simple vision: a coffee shop in Kolkata where great conversations flow as naturally as exceptional coffee. What started as countless discussions over cups of brew grew into Salt Lake's favourite vegetarian cafe.
